I downloaded Beyblade metal fusion or the other one, extracted it, moved it to my micro sd. When I load it, it say "error rom 4" or something like that. Any reason what the heck it means?

No, read the first line in red. It means, your flash cart's kernel doesn't contain the needed data for the ARM9 to load it. That said, either your cart's kernel is outdated and need updating, or you might need to add third party firmware (depends on what cart you have) to make it load if your cart's official website doesn't provide newer updates for it.
