"White window" problem when upgrading to Windows 10

Hey guys!

I have Windows 7 and got the chance to upgrade it to Windows 10 a few days ago.

Unfortunately, I can't do it. Each time I start the upgrade/installation program, I only get a white window. Because of that, I'm stuck and can't continue with the upgrade/installation.

This isn't the first time I've encountered this "white window". Because of it, I can't install and play Final Fantasy XIV and Elder Scrolls Online as well. :'(

Has anyone encountered this "white window" problem and solved it?

But how do I solve the general "white window" problem, even if I'm not talking about Windows 10? As I've written in my first post - as long as installation launchers only show me white windows, I literally can't install games at all.

And it's a pity if I can't install games like Final Fantasy XIV.

 

So reinstalling IE should solve the problem then?

 

Alas, I uninstalled and reinstalled IE11, but I still get the white window.

I guess I'll just forget FFXIV and Windows 10...
