PCSX FFVII black battle menu

    When I go into battle I get this black box where all the commands are suppose to be. I have no idea how to fix it. Can someone help me? This is the info for my grapics plugin:

    epsxe 1.5.2 is known to work well with the final fantasy games, and you need to enable a couple of the game fixes.

    What are the game fixes?

    they're needed for some games, you set them in the graphics plugin config.

    Also don't use the opengl driver with intel integrated video, it doesn't support opengl properly. use the soft driver or one of the direct3d drivers.

    I use gpuPeopsSoft.dll plugin since my computer is crap. never had any issues with it. might not be super clean graphics but if it works.
