ePSXe is an Emulator for the PS1, available for Android and PC.

    ePSXe Android - Google Play

    ePSXe Android Official Website

Download the PSX Games from the main site and Extract them with WinRAR. You get .ISO files in most cases.
Install ePSXe emulator on your Android and open the .ISO file with the emulator, you are good to go.

If you want to get PSX to work on PSP you need PSX2PSP, download a PSX game, extract it, the format tends to be .bin + a .cue file select the .bin file, select directory, hit convert.

You will get an eboot after the process, from there copy and paste the eboot on PSP/Games then get a CFW to launch it.
