you are supposed to download parts 1 to 4 from a single site either sendmyway or mega.co.nz by using the four links mentioned below the roms .

After you download all the parts move all the parts to a single folder extract the first part, then you will see that all the parts are getting extracted and finally you will have your rom on that folder.

It's easier to download from the main site.
Just buy premium for a month or so and you can download all you want :)

Not if you've enough points to cover the "download cost". Which of cause a file of that size takes long time to accumulate enough points, especially being a regular who doesn't sign in often; unless you become premium member. In any case, how do you expect to play 3DS games with? There's no 3DS emulators !!! While there's only 1 flash cartridge (Gateway) that could run 3DS rom, but you don't seem to own a 3DS console. Short to say, you'd hit a wall.

    No.
The ROM is currently unplayable (even on the Gateway).

Other than the fact the dumping process works with other games, we don't.

After downloading this rom how can anybody play it????There is no 3DS emulator and

No way of using it at the moment. Probably when Gateway updates itself to v.2.0 it might be possible. A big MAYBE that is, since both Pokémon X & Y and Animal World doesn't make use of EEPROM thus so far not playable at all by it. For now, what you can do after downloading the file is keep it for future use if and when there is an emulator or flash cart that can run it.

And What if maybe and just Maybe there is no Gateway 2.0 ?? Then?? Another question who uploads these ROM's

There will be Gateway firmware v.2.0 soon. It's at current v.1.2. The makers already announce that their next update will be v.2.0. The question would be when they will release it, and if that release will contain abilities to run PKM X & Y and Animal Crossing that they are trying to work out at present as claimed by them. If by v.2.0 it still not readable, then only choice is to wait further till one comes around.

Those rom (to date already around 400+ rom titles dumped online), are dumped by scene groups. You're probably aware of names such as EXiMiUS, VENOM, PUSSYCAT, ABSTRAKT, etc. and independent dumpers (not affiliated to any group, such as Jhon591). Such groups and non-affiliates did the dumping, through their various means of doing so. The rom dumped prior to March 2013 had been proven working on Gateway, so it's unlikely those that are dumped after that date wouldn't work if and when a 3DS flash cart could be made to read it. So there likely shouldn't be any question about the dump's integrity, the question should be when it would be readable like those made before March 2013.

just hoard it like many others who are optimistic that one day they'll be able to play this game on their console or on any emulator.

Further on to prectorian's post, there are no independent dumpers for the 3DS scene at the moment.
Only a few in the groups themselves have the tools to do so.
