NEVER think like that. More than once, a company has made the AP different from region to region, and has even introduced AP into a region when it wasn't in previous releases for other regions. For all we know, the European release will have AP on top of the large save file, it could just be the large save file. As it stands though, most people who are going to play it have the US version working on their cart by now.
