Did RGF make a mistake Dicastia ?

I have bean playing the game without the AP fix but can not tell what the AP is any idea ?

 

Apparently it makes Day 1 Boss unbeatable. We can't be certain the AP works until we defeat it

What's Day 1 Boss?

 

It is the Boss fight at night on Day 1. I wonder what's the difference between RGF previous fix and the corrections?

I already finished my first playthrough without any problem with the previous fix.

Are there other AP in this game?

I need help D= on the first boss

 

Can't download open patcher v1.46,it always say 'Download limit exceed'
even though im not downloading anything :'(
