They are in the procerss of making a card called the Crown3DS that should soon play 3DS game on 3DS system

Cards that say 3DS on it can only play normal DS rom on a 3DS.

No. The true Crown3DS site is: Crown3DS

It is probably not going to be released that soon, but if they do, I would say early next year.

Crown3DS has never stated a december release. At least to what I know.
