Need correct firmware for R4SDHC cartridge-download site confusing

Have two different R4SDHC cartridges.

A has R4 ds 1.41 upgrade RTS New user interface..is black
B has R4 3DS upgrade with a 'new' red logo diagonally across the top corner. SDHC RTS LITE real time save.

The web site is really confusing, seems to mention some of the above info but not all...

Want to update my current firmware, the current one has a moonshell2.nds file also, which is not apparent in any of the firmware I have so far downloaded...

Wish the naming philosophy was more simple

Take a photo of both cards and if possible the box they came in and please link the websites for both cartridges
