I guess the MicroSD can be read since he has tried so many different firmwares. I think he just bought a bum cart though. Remember, try before you buy, especially when getting something like a flash cart second hand.
Aye... I know it may have been cheaper persay, but never buy a cart second hand. Only buy from trusted vendors like ShopTemp.

That's why I didn't mention it. And I'm sure you wouldn't want another. I absolutely loathed my clone R4s...I gave them to my friends who didn't have flashcarts. I plan on giving them better ones if my brothers get different cards.
It probably wasn't the fault of the R4 itself, judging by the condition of the sticker, I bet the guy you bought it from probably ran it through the washer before he sold it to you. And I'll bet he used the money to buy another one. The jerk. I've had over 16 R4 cards that worked perfectly.
u have the real r4ds all u have to do is download wood r4 firmware which u can get off this site. Download the firmware and make sure you EXTRACT the file by using winrar. after that u will get your files, then jus copy and paste all the files onto the root of ur r4ds. hope this helps
Read the thread. His card is shit. It didn't work EVER even when he tried reformatting the SD Card multiple times.
