About torrent ratio

I have this question about torrent ratio .

Im using the utorrent client for android in my smartphone.
So if my torret ratio is below 1 like 0.8/0.2 or something like this.Which means i have downloaded more than i have uploaded right ?

Also does having a ratio less than 1 affect my download speed ?

no, having a ratio below 1 wont affect the transfer speed. though if your using a tracker that enforces a minimum ratio for each torrent you download 9private trackers) your account could be limited.

 

So how do i identify the private trackers ?

 

if you need to write an application, be invited, or go through an interview, it's probably a private tracker
