    I want to download a few games of Pokemon, but when I press the button to start, in all the pages it says that the game is restricted (I tried with Platinum, Heartgold and Black), why is that?

    Let me answer too.

    Basically games with a lockpad symbol to their right cant be downloaded because they had to be removed from romulation due to DMCA( Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notices.
    DMCA is like takedown notices for violation of copyright of digital contents.
