Download not possible though no download is running

    Hi, I'm a regular user and I'm aware that I cannot do multiple downloads. However I got a message of "Download error, please wait until your download is finished" even though I'm currently NOT downloading anything! Can anyone help me?

    Then admin will clear your cache once they see your post.
