I bought a brand new in the box DSi Mario Bundle Pack with 5 preload software. I have not upgraded, downloaded anything from the shop. I just charged it. It gives me "An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting." It works with original card. Was wondering if that restore software would work, I don't remember what it's called and where it's located. Any help would be much appreciated.
You probably have to update your TTDSi with the 1.4 fix. http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dl.php/DSTTi_v1.4_firmware.rar

Once your TTDSi is updated with the 1.4 fix, then you can use it on any DSi with 1.4 You can continue to purchase things in the DSi Shop and use your TTDSi without issues.
