just because you can print these parts means nothing, you have to have the correct type of plastics. Frankly I am not concered over all of it. The way they are preventing people from being a threat is limiting the ammo supply. So unless you know how to make gun powder and have all the equipment to make your bullets and casings, as well as primers. You still only have just a fancy spear that makes clicking noises. all from your own computer. for that note, ever heard of a zip gun or a pipe shotgun? they are increadibly easy to make and take no computer to make. ponder on that one.

    1. ABS plastic is not that hard to come by...BRIDGE nylon is more expensive, but is stronger than ABS and doesn't shrink like ABS or PLA. (meaning, no redrilling holes and filing/fitting like you have to do with ABS or PLA on AR-15 lowers).
    2. This is why we stockpile ammunition. This is why we build caches.
    3. Gunpowder (smokeless) is hard to make, but black powder isn't. Primers can be remade/salvaged using matchsticks.
    4. Zip guns and pipe guns are easy to make, but a fully CNCed 1911 would be much more effective. Zips and pipes would only be used to get you a better gun.

    Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Direct from the constitution. Thus you can have and maintain fire arms as a well regulated militia, not some gun nut. I believe that fire arms can be useful as self defense, but then a regulated militia of sorts in a community should be formed.

According to an American friend, over there a 'militia' is defined as an individual with a gun and the capacity to use it.
