The unofficial version is significantly faster, even the official dev acknowledged it.

I'm simply hoping to mainly try out the 3DS version of Tales of the Abyss and MGS3. But getting to play the Pokemon series and Animal Crossing would be great too. However, as Jhon 591 pointed out, we will need to use decrypted 3DS rom. The ones in circulation on this site and most elsewhere are for use with flash cartridges. Unfortunately to decrypt it, we'll need a 3DS+flash cart, which simply don't fit the whole idea of using an emulator if we already own the console.

Try it to find out. You'll need a good performance PC and a decrypted 3DS rom.
It can't yet use encrypted 3DS rom (which are for flash cartridges).
Check out Jhon 591's posts in the previous pages.

These are the 3DS decryptng tools her use uploaded to MEGA.nz Although you need a read 3DS and flashcard , "I don't have" - https://mega.nz/#!8ZJlwRiT!i2HgTSSRLNnAv228e3f2iqRvYKylxTUUdnu9rk53GHA

Sorry some "Snip" , Clues in Information's: on how to decrypt .
    Code:
    ##############################################################################
    # 250 Decrypted 3DS ROM collection for the Citra Emulator from DecompilerFun #
    ##############################################################################

A collection of 250 decrypted and trimmed 3DS ROMs for the Citra Emulator.
Download, open with the latest version of the Citra Emulator and enjoy.
Please leave the ROMs in your download folder and seed to also make others a joy.
I worked weeks for this collection and if nobody seeds this "Snip" will be lost soon.
Note: The Citra Emulator is still in development and not all ROMs are playable
but in some months or years everyone will work like a charm.

    Information's:
    - Most ROMs from "Snip" and a few from "Snip"
    - Xorpads generated on Old3DS SysNAND 9.2 using menuhax and Decrypt9WIP
    - SeedDB from http://pan.baidu.com/wap/share/home?uk=470553545&third=0&adapt=pc&fr=ftw
    - Decrypted with xorer on Windows 10 Home x64
    - Trimmed with NDSTokyoTrim3 http://eden.fm/ndstoykotrim/
And yes it only trims the useless FF things at the end of each ROM
=> A ZIP file would make such a ROM bigger!
    - Scripts programmed and executed with Python 2.7
    - Preferred region: Europe because it contains the biggest amount of different languages
=> If you want to know more take a look at the Tools folder

Since I can't play Pokemon GO in my country... I'm thinking of playing Pokemon X&Y... LOL... So, what emulators are there for Nintendo 3Ds?

Citra still too early to use, It loads Pokemon X/Y, but can't save and buggy.

    Edit:

But if you wish to test it out, join RomUlation's Slack account via HOME.
Jhon 591 discusses and provide links to it in the GAMING discussion.
    Although, you'd need decrypted rom.

Was wondering why the long absence. You should open a babysitting service in one of your house room, since you seems to be good at it. :p
I probably will have to wait till next month before I can use this PC to game. :D

Maybe I am :p xd ;) , but 14 and 10 so not quite babys, but bro and sis you know, explosive mix, cannot be left to long on their own.

Maybe you will, but all there for when the time comes.

Anyway trying to compile the officle citra myself with the JIT can Joypad support, got joypad working, just working out some errors in regard to JIT

Almost getting to sorted, got it semi compiled, just have to remove some lines out of the files.
