Help with event codes for Pokémon Emerald

    Hello, there. I am currently using OpenEmu version 2.0.5. Using the following codes, I've been trying to enable the event that takes me to Southern Island in Pokémon Emerald. The code to get the Eon Ticket from the Mart works fine, but the code that enables the event does not work at all. I've also attempted to use a warp code to get to Southern Island, but that has not worked at all, either. Am I doing something wrong? Am I using the wrong code? Here are the codes I've been using. Any help would be greatly appreciated:

    Maybe you have to hit the select button or another combination of keys to activate the cheats.

    Maybe, but again, the eon ticket in the mart code works just fine, so I don't see why the other codes aren't working.
