Requirements: - A Nintendo DS/DS Lite - A DS flashcart (examples: R4, EZ Flash V, AceCard,etc.)\ - A Game Boy Advance game First, download this tool: h t t p://gamebrew.o r g/wiki/GBA_Backup_Tool (This homebrew wroks on an R4 3DS RTS, WITHOUT DLDI PATCHING. Should work on other flashcarts with DLDI patching too. Unzip the archive and put all the files on the ROOT of your Micro SD card. Start up the file that says "GBA_Backup_Tool" Then insert a GBA game and press A Now, you press R two times. Press B Just wait. You're done! (ALL GBA ROMS ARE IN THE "GBA_BACKUP" FOLDER.) As of now, this tutorial SUCKS.
Couldn't have agreed more. Just kidding. I'm sure you'll edit it and make improvements. Add photos of each step maybe, and more description, as well as how to troubleshoot possible issues that might arise in between process. Plenty of room for improvement.
I did Zelda GBA Slot2 with my original R4 card 2GB microSD, and backup tool was real easy backing up to the SD card, using the gba backup dumper. Issue is its already re-dump game many times over, need rare gba games that are not dump.
