looking for rpg games for gbc gba or nds

ive played alot of rpg games over the years and want to try some new ones any rec emendations wold be asome

Altier Iris 2 (you don't need to play the first one) is a very good J-RPG
you could also look into Disgaea, as its probably the best RPG on the PSP.
