For online reading: www.onemanga.com . They are fast, but the quality isn't as high as at some other sites.

For active and huge community: www.mangashare.com or www.mangahelpers.com (I prefer www.mangashare.com , though.)

For downloading: You could use the two above, but I hihgly recommend www.mangatraders.com (Although you have to register, it is free and there wasn't a single Manga I couldn't find there.)

anyone knows where i can get Pocket Monsters Special/Pokémon Adventures in english, 'cause i have all the japanese volumes here (i bought them) but I don't really understand them...
