It's gotta be Leon Scott Kennedy or Ike Greil. Link's always a good choice, but he's too obvious. All 3 are men's men; guys I'd want to chill with. Of course, Link wouldn't say much, Leon would be making corny 80's style jokes, and I'd get a very subtle gay vibe from Ike, but who doesn't have issues?

nahhh, I prefer the "clone" of Snake Eater. And that`s Solid Snake. Isn`t Solid Snake afraid of Snakes? That`s kind of funny if you rethink that he`s actually made of "Snake Eaters" DNA.

Maybe it`s because I love the first "Metal Gear Solid" the most (ps1). Solid Snake isn`t so furious, let`s say -TOO manly- like Snake Eater. He`s more Human than the Original. He loves Huskies (those white Wolves, that he was breeding before he was involved in "Metal Gear Solid 1") remember? Snake Eater wouldn`t care to eat them, just to figure out "HOW DO THEY TASTE?".

There are plenty of those little differents between their characters.

If it`s just for the yummy-look, yeah, they`re both nice.

LOL, I remembered certain talk in MGS 3 with collonel throught a radio. Colonel was telling Snake smth about some dogs (or smth like that) he likes and Snake started thinking out loud "Hmm, I wonder how they taste..." This game is so dramatic and lol at one time I just love it I remember beating it without any kills and alarms...
