    Most definitely The Opened Way from Shadow of the Colossus.
    As a matter of fact, the entire game is epic.

    I like the classics such as Secret of Mana--Dark Lich, Chrono Trigger--Inside Lavos, Final Fantasy VI-- Dancing Madness which is at the end but there are many more in this game as well(aka 3 in America), Gradius III--The Volcanic place, Super Metroid--Ridley Battle, Megaman X--Sigma Battle, Star Fox--Titania Level, Donkey Kong Country 1 & 2--King K. Kruul or whatever his name was, and Super Mario RPG--Bowser's Keep.

    Elzam's leimotif "Trombe" counts.... why? It frickin overrides boss music, final boss music and even the heme of apocalypse! Of course it can override anything from the blue danube or anything out of nekki basara's fire bomber since their playing in-universe...
