    Platform: Nintendo DS
    Release date:

    ;) :D

Brothers in arms DS was a really good game. It is set in WWII and you are a budding soldier. You are part of the airborne soldiers for the U.S until you all get split up! You and your team must battle loads of germans to finish the level! The controls are well set out with the gameplay on the top screen while you move the point of view with your stylus on the bottom screen. The weapons, characters, settings etc. are well planned out. After each mission you will be awarded medals and points (depending on the difficulty - Easy, Medium, Hard, Veteran). To shoot, its the usual R1 button. If you have been shot and injured you can take cover and regain health. A good part of this game is the fact that you can sneak around buildings to shoot some un-suspecting germans in the back. The game has auto-cover which is useful when a tank is zeroing you in. You can wall-hug and aim at a soldier the your soldier can jump out of cover and shoot them, like in Gears of War. Multiplayer on this game is really good, providing challenging maps with lots of cover and weapons. It has DS multi-player mode which is a joy to kill your friend/s with a german or American. You wont ever find yourself bored with some levels requiring you to man a tank, man a jeep, blow up a few tanks, and of course, kill some Germans. The voice acting is really quite good, with all the americans speaking to you through the game. The cutscenes have great graphics and you'll love to see what happens next. There are lots of levels set in 3 locations: The Ardennes, D-Day, Tunisia with about 16 missions in all. This game is 3rd person, which deviates from the COD games (FPS shooters) which is a refreshing change!

    Gameplay - 9/10

    Replayabilty - 8/10

    Multiplayer - 6/10 (No Wi-Fi)

    Sound - 7.8/10

    Graphics - (For DS) 7.5/10

    Overall - about an 8.5/10

    Defiantly give it a go!

    They're supposed to be.
VincentV posted a VERY elaborate tutorial on how to write a review properly.
It's the stickied topic at the topic of the board.
    I doubt you missed it.
