Seem like people have random freeze with R4 Wood (also Wood R.P.G and AceKard with latest unofficial firmware)

 

It doesn't work perfectly on R4 at all. It freezes at random intervals like Pokemon did. And that's the newest Wood firmware.

Update the original post, it's misleadnig.

 

Game randomly freezes on some events for me.Events as in when you go away from doors or finish a conversation and stuff.Eh,havent updated my Wood R4 firmware in months,so i'll see if that helps.

hello, i'm running it on itouchds's latest firmware, no problems yet, and I am about to get to the exploring part where frequent crashes have been reported. I shall get back to you guys soon about i touchds's compatibility.

EDIT: Doesn't work on itouchds v 3.8e. Freezes at the mailbox part.

 

Hmm... I don't think so. I guess we'll have to wait for the patch, then. *sigh*

 

random freezes on r4sdhc, needs patchy

 

hope a patch comes out soon or firmware update and getting random freezes on my R4.

 

aww it has AP... too bad. freezes on my r4i sdhc =(

obviously, i'm a big fan of this series. hoping for a fix soon, but i think i'll just buy the game. aww i hope there's a patch soon... i'm quite busy but i'll find time to play this game, just recently finished dragon quest 9 and now COD black ops will be released real soon =(

 

Sorry to say...on YSMENU latest extinfo (6.30) it STILL freezes randomly.
it does not work !

 

Does not work on Acekard 2i with AKAIO 1.7.1.
Freezes at random parts every few minutes.

There is also no (U) version of this game, only (E)

 

I've been using wood R4 1.13 on my m3 ds simply and i got my first freeze at chapter 7

 

thats weird, im using the exact same setup and i haven't experienced a single freeze (and i've already beaten the game).

 

Yea and i cant continue the game cause it freezes at the same spot everytime. Am I suppose to use a firmware for r4 clones instead?

Random freezes occur on Edge firmware 1.11.
