[NDS] Radiant Historia (U) AP + Compatibility Issues Topic

I told you, that's the one I'm currently using. Still freezes at them parts.

 

No truble loading a game, got upto time travel no problems , maybe best to use a patched ROM, Sorry i was just skiping most parts, Will keep continuing to play

They are places with lot's of steps and dimentions

 

I tried the patched rom. Freezes in the same places :/.

Also, are you using a R4SDHC from www.r4sdhc.com?

 

That is weard, both patched rom and extinfo with AP added, You tryed the full format option ?

No R4 Original with YSMenu and WoodR4 <- I do know a bit about the dats updates for YSMenu/DSTT

 

That's probably why then. I'm using a R4sdhc.

 

I'm sure they must be a way, maybe make of micro SD or somethink that was Mentioned that this can be an issue.

I you have are no someone who has a spare one, It could be worth a shot, but buying one i would say no

As a fellow R4 clone owner.
I do know a temporary solution.
Assuming you use the 6.50 retrogamefan thing.
Just constantly reload the rom in your card when it starts freezing.
It works somehow, I'm guess the rom gets slightly corrupted each freeze.

Problem is though somewhere down the line, it still does start freezing again, the times are random for me. sometimes it's 15 minutes, to not happening for another 2 hours.

A permanent solution would be nice though.

As I LOVE this game.

 

new version of YSMENU out 6.51, dont think it solves the issue with the game freezing on the load option but its worth a try.

 

I am not sure this is AP or not. Everything runs fine, except there is no text in "?" area when you enter menu in Alternate History Chapter 1. I am not sure in chapter 2 since I am still in chapter 1. In standard history or in AH prologue, "?" area always tell you where you should go/what you should do to advance story. Is it just me or is there anyone else who have this same problem?

[I am using EDGE 2.1 and trim-patched rom]

 

Tried normal and patched on my acekard 1.8.5, both freeze going to continue.
