I must note that my internet connection isn't that good, since I use a very basic router and the signal goes through like 20 meters and 2 walls. Generally I get 3 to 5 megabits using speedtest.net and if I come closer, I can get up to 18 megabits per second.

I would also like to note that each time I test I get different speeds. Like now I just tested the first link again, and I got constant 200 kb/s. Oh, and don't worry, I made sure that nothing else is using the internet.
