Its not about the graphical issue, I don't think anythink could be done about this only.

But dose seam to be working correctly as a AP fix alone for freezing / Crashing , tested in usecheat.dat on dstt/ysmenu without AP fix in extinfo .

E2XXXXXX 000000?? seams to be do-wing the trick with compressed into decompressed ARM9 ram.

How do i get it to not freeze on the DSTT? and im not a tech wizard so if someone can keep it basic please?

Hi i downloaded patched version of soul silver but crashing or freezing while battling against red haired rival. What should i do for playing exactly without no error this game. I m looking for it for 3 years and still didnt get any solution. I m getting crazy and idont have money so cant buy nintendo or game. Found this forum and thought its finaly will work but dreams crashed again. Please help me.

Could you please upload your save file, for anyone are us to test with this battle ? .

Sorry I don't play though out the are many games.

Also make sure your are using latest of any emulator if that is what you are using...

i ve deleted folder but i can give u info about what i exactly did. Here it is;

using no$sgba 2.6a emulator.
rom is _SoulSilver_Version__U___100__Patched_Final_
and problems are
1. crashes while run or entering house or at randomly places(emulator gives message after this happening and says crashed itself. Its not my simile word.
2.while battling with red haired rival sounds and some visual effects continues but cant control the game it freezes.

but for thanks god there is no black screen after professor oak

ANd now frozen at pokemon catching training part. We can mark this as a third problem. :/

PS: first you will find your save file in the battery folder on no$gba.

Few possibles

1. Your frame rate is way to high fps I see at 296% , See F11 , emulation speed chose realtime, auto and The options and save options, reset.
ruining to fast could cause crashing issues within its self.
2. Is you use an older save with original game / Clean, it may have corrupted the save it self, so even with patch are AP code it will still crash as it's picking up the AP from the save , This happend with 999 Game, and saves had to be deleated, and restart a fresh game.

3. Maybe you could get the clean ROM, and try the action replay code above ^^^^ with emualtor , F2 cheats , add new - enter code without ::AP Fix , tick action replay DS and tick RAW . ok save .

Are try AR code anyway with patched rom xd.

I just found and downloaded ur no$zoomer emulator that has so many files in it. And i past all problemy places no any error yet. I am happy i hope no$zoomer will make me happy . But you know playing slow pokemon games on computer like hell. Its kinda payback to trading system we cant trade so we will play faster muhaha!!! And thanks for advices. If no$zoomer break i will doo what ur saids . THanks again its best work about hg/ss i ever seen.

Glad to hear, That is a good package has all need fimrwares and bioses.

Sadly martin the maker of no$gba has not updated it in many years

Although on my PS no$gba alone plays this game at 100% speed, So maybe your PC hardware issue / specs ...

This game was fixed long ago xd, Just working on that AR code was latest ;D

Now i cought mareep and my totodile is lvl16 and gym fight lies ahead. I was searching different words before . This is first time i searched with "patched" word and this forum appeared new . So i tried all what u saids finally decided to text you and register. I am pokemon-maniac and pokemon have a huge place in my childhood and fantasies . Thanks very much again for hardwork.

Hi! I am new here, i wanted to play Pokemon Soul Silver years before but didn't have the chance to do so because of lack of money to buy the console, I downloaded many roms already but they all crash and black screen, does this code really fix everything? I have a clean rom too by the way, thanks in advance!

-Update 30 minutes after starting a new game with the codes above it crashed.

Does anybody have a rom that doesnt? ((

The code will fix the problems for either No$GBA /w No$Zoomer, or a flashcard.
Not both.

Can't you just use a patched ROM?
It's a lot easier than using AP codes and stuff like that. You can find the tutorial on patching here.

You mean emulator crash ?

If no$gba alone it may do, sometime using no$zoomer though no$gba helps this issue.

Comes with bioses and firmware, these sometimes help fix certain issues.

Also be curefull not to add ::AP Fix
