    Just started having this problem today. So far the only way to download something else after a download is finished is to delete my account and make it again. Otherwise even after a download is done and I have enough points it will just take me to the "too many active connections screen"

    Mine says
    ''Too many active connections. Upgrade to Premium to download instantly or wait for your current downloads to finish.''
    And i'm not downloading anything. i just downloaded 2 games.
