It drops 4 cards when you play, but it drops them randomly & one at a time. I currently have two already & am just waiting around for the last two to drop, then as you said, I'll uninstall it as well. My biggest problem with FPS games is the control scheme that uses a mouse & a keyboard to play. The problem is I am left handed and am used to using a mouse on my left hand. The issue is I also use my left hand to press the W, A, S & D keys. In short I can't target & move at the same time. "Use my right hand then", you might say, problem is even though I am left handed, my right hand has been trained (years of gaming) to be my main trigger hand because of using a gamepad. If this game only has full controller support I might like it, as even though I don't like FPS games, the fact that there are dinosaurs in it has piqued my interest.
I saw your post on the other topic. So how will i get it? Btw they are giving out another free key today. So stay tuned.
Regarding the card drop thing, they drop based on how long you play the game, not by achievements or anything like that. You can just keep the game open in the background and it'd still give you cards.
This week's free game is Really Big Sky: http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/07/09/free-steam-key/ Unfortunately getting a key has become a bit of a hassle as they're asking for a Twitter account now I had to create one just for this one game.
Posted all the keys i currently know of in another topic http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=63231
I think the free key I got for Gun Monkeys was borked... After activation I did get the game but I also got a notification that I also received it as a Gift, so yeah. I seem to have a spare copy of the game
*facedesk... I didn't see that Anyway, definitely not liking this game as I'm not really into fragfest games.
Yes it drops 3 cards for you but as I said I'm not a fan of these kinds of games. After getting the cards I uninstalled it immediately & went back to playing "Really Big Sky", now that one is fun
