i think i have just had a breakthrough, i won't say anything yet, because i know that whoever is the last remaining team rocket member will try to turn this against me.

i also want to think about that hint before i say it too

EDIT: well, after thinking on the hint, i still have nothing on it, so i'm just going to vote for tatsuya based on a theory.

looking back on the round, he wasn't really that active until the day that team rocket took the first victim. i know it could be internet problems, and such, but i base my decision on it.

 

A possible rephrasing of the hint:

"You can never do a kindness too soon, because you never know when it'll be too late."

Not sure what that'd mean, but it's all I've got so far... maybe it has something to do with a person that voted too late at some point for their decision to make a difference?
