What would be the worst kind of torture for the avatar above?

Let's see how devious you people can be. And remember "for the avatar above" means that it is a special type of torture just for them. Like, if the image were Mario, I would say that his torture has already been used. Give him a mushroom, then hit him with a Goomba, then give him a mushroom, then hit him with a Goomba. That one has been used in 'loading' sequences in Mario Hoops I think.
Either do that, or have a bowl of pasta at one end of a room, and the only way to reach it is to go through a small-sized warp pipe, which, obviously, would be impossible for Mario.
