I saw in the past weeks many games have been restricted and i was just wondering if this is permanent and i should just get the games from somewhere else instead.
Definitely permanent. As for where to ask for 'em, just post a request topic over at the "Share" Section of these forums and hopefully someone might provide you with a link offsite.
