Citizens = Regular Pokemon
Seer = Ralts
Mayor =

Cupid = Luvdisc

Guardian = Machamp
Village Idiot = Magikarp

 

The mayor should be a random legendary Pokémon which is free of choose... and the elder... ehrm... Ditto? Like, he is first transformed into somebody else and that form dies... and then he is his normal self... Long stretch and shot but I tried.

 

Mayor=Slowking
Elder= Whiscash
would make sense to those who play pokemon~

 

Ha ha, yeah. I also thought Luvdisc could be the idiot, since he's the most hated pokemon.
