How to fix corrupt pokemon saves (HG / SS)

When I tried to convert it it always said it failed.

Theres one problem with that...The computer that has the sav file is right now in the IT shop getting fixed, and I don't have the sav file on my Moms computer, so I have to wait for my comp to get fixed. I might be able to find it though.

Sorry but its Mediafire, if you want megaupload I can post it there too. Btw. I am using the first V3 of Rykins patched Japanese Heart Gold game, not the english one.

 

That might be part of your problem if nothing else.
It's the only thing that you're doing that we're not (besides you having to use No$) since we all use the English one.

 

i have looked through you sav file and i must say it is very weird. Did you mess around with pokesav to cheat before. because heres your stats

ASuch, what program did you use to save your file? No$GBA? Or is this not the raw format from No$?

 

I used No$GBA to use it, yes. What might affect it though is that I converted it to VBA so I could Pokesav it, but I tried to click revert on Pokesav but that didn't help, so yeah.

 

And there you have it. Actually, if you tell No$GBA to save the files as FLASH 512 KB, you can use that directly with Pokesav...

 

How would I do that?

 

it under the options file. just make sure that you save it as it doesn't save your options automatically

 

When I use Pokesav how come some names are in red and some green and some blue? I have like 4 reds.

 

blue: male
red: female
green:neuter

 

Oh... and I thought something was wrong.

 

lol, pokesav is generally safe. unless you abuse it or dont know what your doing
