im a premium member but when a try to download more than 1 files they say '' Too many active connections. Upgrade to Premium to download instantly or wait for your current downloads to finish.'' how can we fix it ? thanks alot !!
Hi Dasuza, This is because you're not a premium member. Please notice that we upgrade the account matching the email that you use with our payment provider. If you use a different email we will send you a code to upgrade your account. If your account is neither upgraded nor do you have an upgrade code by email, then make sure you don't have a 2nd RomUlation account with the email you use to upgrade. If you do please login in with that account.
