So I (a nonpremium member) was trying to download a rom (super smash bros. brawl specifically) and it says i have too many connections, but I am not currently downloading anything (from anything including romulation). I have enough points ,plus I i already purchased it and it should have a 72 hour area where it cost no points right? I even restarted my computer. Please help, Thank you.
I have also the same problem. Had enough points and download does not work and says too many connections. Restarted PC and Internet connection of the router. Please fix it Thank you very much.

Okay follow up i can not get my download going now because now i dont have enough points after the reset is ther and thing anyone can do or do i have to wait a week
